We collect personal information that you provide only for the purposes of fulfilling your order (billing and shipping your order). This includes the name, address, and phone number of the intended recipient(s). If you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us through one of our contact forms, or through contest submissions, we collect your email address only to send newsletters with updates on and special offers from seamlesstapehairextensions.com. Recipients of our newsletters can unsubscribe at any time using the instructions listed at the end of the email-newsletter.

Under no circumstances will we sell, lease, lend or give away information about customers to third parties. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and it will be used only to support your customer relationship with seamlesstapehairextensions.com


Upon your request, we will (a) correct or update your personal information; (b) stop sending emails to your email address; and/or (c) disable your account to prevent any future purchases through that account. Always include your order number when inquiring about current orders. Please do not email your credit card number or other sensitive information.

Note: Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number by Email. Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for any tracking or delays that may occur from that point on. You can contact www.usps.com or your local post office to discuss any delays or tracking issues. A 30% restocking fee may be applied on any merchandise that has been returned to us due to a bad address, refusal of signature confirmation, and failure to pick up at post office. There may also be an additional charge for re-shipping merchandise and address verification. Please double check your address when placing your order. Address changes may be made within one hour of placing your order by contacting support@seamlesstapehairextensions.com.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is sent to our processing department. Orders usually process from 4 hours to 48 hours before it is sent to our shipping department.

All express orders must be placed before 12 Noon EST in order to be delivered by the next business day. Orders placed after 12 will be shipped out the next morning shipment. There is no same day delivery for out-of-state purchases. Purchases done made in Florida may qualify for same-day courier service. (contact our support or sales department for more details)

Order Cancellations must be made within 4 hours of purchase. After that time, a 30% re-stocking fee may apply.

 

Exchanges:

Exchanges will be done on a case by case basis. Only eligible unopened products may be exchanged.

There are 2 different types of exchanges:

  1. Even exchange- Eligible Products may be exchanged for another product that is the same length, but a different color. The customer is still responsible for re-shipping costs. The same method of shipping as the original order will be used unless otherwise specified in writing by the customer.
  2. Uneven Exchange- Eligible products may be exchanged for a different color and length, the difference in price will be charged to the original card used including any re-shipping costs.

Returns:

We gladly accept returns on all eligible products.  We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, a 30% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. To return any eligible merchandise, please email our customer service department at support@seamlesstapehairextensions.com and request a Returned Merchandise Form. Your merchandise will be evaluated and if found eligible, the credit card used to purchase the items will be refunded the balance minus the restocking fee.

Eligible Products

1. In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
2. Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
3. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your original order.


Ineligible Products

  1. Items not in original condition or with odors.
    2. Items accepted 10 days after purchase date.
    3. Custom hair extensions, discounted items, liquids, adhesives and wholesale orders
